We got our start in real estate renovating properties in Detroit, way back in 1996. Although we were not called the House Hound back then, we started learning the tricks of the trade that became the foundation of the process we implement today. Since then, we’ve occupied every role in real estate; From mortgage lending, to demolition and construction, to buying and selling both commercial and residential real estate, the House Hound understands the challenges that you face when buying or selling a diamond in the rough.
